What does 'refurbished' mean?+
A refurbished device is a pre-owned product that has been professionally restored to full working condition. Every device at Refresh Tech India goes through a 50-point inspection, has faulty parts replaced with genuine OEM components, and is graded A, B, or C based on cosmetic condition.
What's the difference between Grade A, B and C?+
Grade A devices look like new — minimal to no signs of use. Grade B devices show light cosmetic wear (small scratches or scuffs) but work perfectly. Grade C devices show visible wear but are fully functional and priced lower.
Are batteries in good condition?+
All laptops have batteries that hold at least 80% of their original capacity. For older devices where the battery shows wear, we either replace it or clearly disclose the battery health before purchase.
Is the original operating system included?+
Most desktops come with a fresh Windows installation. Laptops may come with either Windows 10/11 or no OS — this is clearly mentioned on each product page. We can install Linux on request.
How is the device quality tested?+
Every device passes through a 50-point diagnostic covering the screen, keyboard, ports, audio, Wi-Fi, battery health, storage (SMART status), RAM, and CPU stress tests. Only devices that pass every check get certified.
Warranty & Returns
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes — every product comes with a 6-month warranty covering hardware defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or unauthorized modifications.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied, return the device in its original condition for a full refund. We arrange free reverse pickup across India.
Shipping & Payment
Do you ship across India?+
Yes — we offer free shipping to all serviceable pin codes across India. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under ₹50,000.
